Terms of Use — TikGloves

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using TikGloves (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

TikGloves is a creator control center for tracking, managing and auditing TikTok LIVE boosters, gloves, hammers and moderators. TikGloves is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account, for safeguarding your credentials, and for the actions of any moderator you invite into your workspace. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse, reverse engineer, overload or interfere with the Service, attempt to access other workspaces, or use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights — including the terms of any platform you connect it to.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you put into TikGloves. You grant us a limited license to process that data only to operate and improve the Service. We handle personal data in line with our cookie and privacy practices.

6. Cookies

TikGloves uses cookies and similar local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies from the banner shown on first visit.

7. Availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TikGloves is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of revenue, data or goodwill arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that put the Service or other users at risk.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-product. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
